Agreed regular on site visits by your own dedicated engineer who will carry out the following (along with any other requests you might have).

Server & Network Check - a comprehensive examination to identify and rectify any issues. User Issues - deal with any issues existing or new users are having.

Network Development - time spent improving the network, installing new software, adding new hardware, upgrading back up devices and dealing with any other related issues.
