Upgrades and Network Migrations
With the introduction of Windows Server 2003 and more recently Windows Server 2008 has brought several key benefits to business, additional security and enhanced performance. The benefit of a migration far outweigh the costs.
Migrations 2003 to 2008
A relatively straightforward migration as Windows 2008 can be installed as an upgrade to windows 2003 without the requirement to rebuild the server. Langdale Technology will carry out migrations over the weekend or at a time that suits your business needs.
NT to 2008
A complex migration as there is no upgrade path so new software is required. It is most likely that existing hardware will be past its performance making it an good time to upgrade the hardware at the same time.
Linux and Netware to Windows
Langdale Technology can migrate from other operating systems to windows, this can reduce cost and provide a better supported platform for your business. We would recommend these migrations onto new hardware giving you the option to revert back to the old system when required.

Office Moves
We take the stress and pressure out of your office move. We will plan your move down to the last detail ensuring that it is a seamless transfer;

We normally carry out office moves over the weekend so there is no downtime to your business operation, so on Monday morning its business as normal.
Computer Disposal & Recycling
Langdale Technology can dispose of any unwanted computer equipment and arrange for it to be recycled. Computer monitors are now banned from landfill sites under the hazardous waste Directive.
Secure data destruction by physical destruction, or by data wiping, we issue a certificate giving you peace of mind that your data has been destroyed.
